About Jess

Jess is a perceptive and grounded coach, helping her clients cut through the complex and complicated to find simple solutions and practical insights. Jess' approach is both compassionate and direct - she holds you accountable to your goals while leaving plenty of room to be a human.

She loves working with leaders who are amidst transitions - whether landing a new role, striving for a lofty goal, or navigating organizational change. She loves working with anyone who has an openness to learn and a desire to grow.

Before becoming an ICF Certified Professional Coach, Jess spent more than a decade in high end hospitality as an international travel guide. Here she developed key skills that she uses today as a coach - the ability to make people feel at ease in any scenario, the ability to support people through uncertainty and fast-paced change, and the ability to guide people beyond their comfort zones to tackle challenges that enliven them.

Beyond her time in adventure travel, Jess spent years as a corporate Human Resources Business Partner, developing thriving company cultures, leading employee leadership training and implementing equity and inclusion programs.

Jess has coached hundreds of high-performers - from CEOs and founders to individual contributors - in industries such as technology, manufacturing, sales, travel, medical, marketing and design.

With a diverse background of both life and professional experience and a knack for navigating change, Jess has the ability to relate to her clients exactly where they are to guide them to exactly where they want to go - while having a little fun in the process!

What Makes Me Smile
