Building Bridges to Get from Knowledge to Action

"You've always had the power, my dear; you just had to learn it for yourself." - Glinda the Good Witch | The Wizard of Oz

People often come to their coaching sessions with problems at work and want their coach to tell them how to handle them.

Guess what? There is no magic answer. A coach is NOT going to tell you what to do in a specific situation.

There's no learning or growing in telling you the answer.

Plus, the answer looks different for everyone.

WHAT a coach will do is ask you probing questions, layout the tools and framework that can be utilized, and ultimately empower you to decide how you will show up as a leader.

What a coach will do is help you build the bridges from knowledge to action.

They help you uncover blind spots that may be holding you back.

They facilitate behavioral change.

Investing in a coach is a highly effective way to discover what kind of leader you want to be, how to translate that vision into daily action, and discover the subconscious attitudes, blindspots and biases that may be holding you back.

What kind of leader do you want to be? How do you want to show up for your team daily?
